Week 2:
In week two, we’ll add some balance work. Through simple, grounding poses, you’ll work on improving coordination and stability. These exercises help strengthen your core and legs, supporting better control in daily movements.

Week 4:
The final week ties everything together, blending stretching, balance, and strength into a full-body flow. We’ll finish with guided relaxation to leave you feeling strong, steady, and recharged—ready to carry these practices into your everyday life.
